Primary focus: Embedded/Linux Gateway Development

• *Job Description**

We are looking for Software Engineers with 1–3 years of experience working on embedded gateway software applications. The role will involve developing, integrating, testing, and debugging software running on Linux\-based gateway devices.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own development and maintenance of Linux\-based embedded software for gateway products.
• Write, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C\+\+ code.
• Implement and integrate industrial and IoT protocols, including CAN, Modbus, MQTT, TCP/IP, and related communication interfaces
• Debug issues across networking, processes, and hardware/software boundaries.
• Work with Linux networking, Git, and embedded Linux stacks (OS images, drivers, libraries).
• Integrate gateway applications with cloud and backend services as required
• Perform unit integration testing and troubleshoot on target hardware.
• Collaborate with firmware and cloud teams during system integration.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong proficiency in C/C\+\+ for embedded or systems software.
• Hands\-on exposure to industrial/IoT protocols: CAN, Modbus, MQTT, TCP/IP, and related interfaces.
• Solid understanding of embedded Linux (userspace,Kernel space, processes, services, and

typical gateway stack components).

• Working knowledge of networking and communication protocols (sockets, connectivity,

troubleshooting).

• Familiarity with Git and SDLC/STLC practices (development, testing, defect tracking).
• Experience with embedded systems or IoT gateways (Linux\-based devices preferred)
• Ability to debug issues spanning application software, OS, networking, and hardware interfaces

• *Preferred Skills**

• Practical Python experience for tooling, automation, or integration
• Basic understanding of ROS/ROS2 (robotics middleware, pub/sub, nodes
