**Responsibilities**
- Learn Expand smERP
- Lead Funnel Management
- Generate 10 Quality leads per month through Personal Networking
- Minimum 2 leads per month from existing clients
- Visit Exhibitions for Lead Generation
- Conducting Customer Profiling, Spin Questioning and Product Demonstration
- Preparing Proposal, Negotiation, Follow up and Deal Closure
- Arranging One Demo every month from a Competitor
- Nurture Cold Leads and generate 5 leads per month from it
- Meeting Trade Associations and Giving Presentations in Conference and on stage presentations. (At Least 4 in a year)
- Maintain an annual exhibition calendar.
- Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to superiors or the head of the department.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of EXPAND smERP effectively.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self\-motivated and results\-driven, with a passion for business automation and technology.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
