Software Sales Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Software Sales Support Executive** to join our growing IT software team. The candidate will be responsible for handling company\-provided leads, understanding client requirements, explaining software solutions, and supporting the sales process through calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on company\-provided leads.
• Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Conduct software demonstrations and presentations for clients.
• Provide pre\-sales support and assist clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements and queries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of software products and technology.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
• Target\-oriented and result\-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IT/Computer background preferred).
• Experience in IT sales, software sales, customer support, or business development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
