About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused **Software Solutions Engineer** to join our team. This is a client\-facing role that combines software demonstrations, customer onboarding, user training, and technical support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers successfully use software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate software products to prospective and existing customers.
• Assist customers with software setup, onboarding, and implementation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software\-related issues.
• Train end users on software features and best practices.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful software adoption.
• Coordinate with the development team to communicate customer feedback and support requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting and computer skills.
• Ability to learn software products quickly.
• Self\-motivated, organized, and willing to interact with customers.
• Prior experience in software support, implementation, customer service, or software sales is an advantage.
