The Project Manager is accountable for coordinating liaison approvals across government agencies, ensuring design consultant drawings match procurement and execution, and maintaining the master execution schedule.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• *Liaison \& Regulatory Coordination**

• Track all liaison stages from DD application through commissioning across TANGEDCO, NCES, CEIG and SLDC.
• Own customer document collection and liaison (Name transfers, Line estimate vendor code, DDs, POA, land records, GST/PAN, HT bill, etc.).
• Maintain security deposit refund tracker.
• Proactively escalate pending approvals before they impact schedule.

• *Design \& Drawing Verification**

• Hold the Design Consultant to the MDL drawing schedule.
• Verify BOM items against relevant drawings before release.
• Resolve mismatches between design, site conditions and procurement.

• *Schedule, Site \& Material Oversight**

• Manage master schedule from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate Site Incharge, Purchase Head and Design Consultant.
• Conduct weekly cross\-functional reviews.

• *Critical Design Verification Items**

• MMS and foundations.
• Transformer specifications.
• VCB and switchyard layout.
• LT Panel configuration.
• Cable routing.
• Earthing and lightning protection.
• 33kV switchyard.
• Bus duct sizing.
• Civil foundations.
• Module cleaning system.
• SLDC telemetry \& data logger.
