Job Description

  • Welcome and assist walk\-in customers professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries and guide them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
  • Maintain visitor registers and appointment schedules.
  • Receive and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Handle courier, mail, and document management.
  • *Telecalling \& Sales**
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Follow up on company\-generated leads.
  • Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Maintain regular follow\-ups with existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • *Customer Relationship Management**
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow\-ups.
  • Coordinate with the service and sales teams for customer requirements.
  • *Documentation \& Reporting**
  • Update customer details in CRM software.
  • Maintain lead database and customer records.
  • Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
  • Track inquiry status and conversion reports.
  • Generate management reports as required.
  • *Coordination**
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
  • Support branch administrative activities when required.
  • *Experience**
  • **1–3 years** of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Front Office, or Reception.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
  • *Required SkillsTechnical Skills**
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • CRM Software (Zoho CRM, Bitrix, or similar)
  • Data Entry \& Documentation
  • Basic Email Communication
  • *Soft Skills**
  • Excellent communication skills (Tamil \& English; Malayalam is an added advantage)
  • Strong customer handling skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
