We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Adder \& Incentives Analyst to support our growing operations team. This role is responsible for managing project adders across the organization while also overseeing battery incentive and rebate processing for customers.
This position works closely with sales representatives, engineering, operations, NTP, and finance teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, process driven, highly organized, and relentless with follow up and communication.

*Key Responsibilities**
*Sales Adder Management**
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to evaluate project scope changes and determine approval requirements
Work directly with sales representatives to review and process project adder requests
Submit, track, and help facilitate approvals for project adders including:
Tesla Powerwall 3 costs
Trenching costs
Meter upgrades
Main panel upgrades
Roof work
Additional electrical scope
Other project specific operational adders
Ensure all necessary documentation, notes, and supporting information are collected before submission
Communicate consistently with engineering, operations, and sales teams to move approvals through quickly and efficiently
Follow up aggressively on outstanding approvals and unresolved items to prevent project delays
Maintain accurate records and organized tracking of all adder requests and statuses
Help ensure project margins, operational standards, and approval processes are followed correctly
*Incentive \& Rebate Coordination**
Manage battery incentive and rebate submissions for programs including:
Illinois SREC battery incentive programs
Wisconsin state battery rebate programs
Prepare and submit complete rebate application packages accurately and in a timely manner
Gather, review, and verify all required project documentation including:
System size
Inverter information
Battery specifications
Number of solar panels
CAD designs and engineering plans
Utility account information
Customer documentation and signatures
Installation details and supporting operational documents
Work closely with engineering and NTP teams to ensure submitted information matches finalized project designs

Ability to work cross functionally with sales, engineering, operations, NTP, and finance teams
Experience in solar operations, project coordination, incentives, or sales support preferred
Familiarity with battery incentive programs, utility processes, or engineering documentation is a plus
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and operational tracking tools

Adders are processed and approved quickly with minimal delays
Strong collaboration exists between sales reps, engineering, and operations teams
Battery rebates and incentive applications are submitted accurately and on time
Projects move through the pipeline efficiently with minimal operational bottlenecks
Customers receive maximum eligible incentive value without delays or rejected applications
Internal communication remains proactive, organized, and solutions focused
Submit applications directly through state, utility, or program administrator portals
Track rebate approval statuses and maintain organized records of all submissions
Follow up consistently with utilities, program administrators, state agencies, and internal departments to resolve missing information, corrections, or approval delays
Ensure incentive submissions are completed accurately to maximize customer savings and avoid funding or rebate rejections
Help identify operational improvements and process efficiencies within rebate and incentive workflows
