Job Overview
We are looking for a Solution Advisor to engage with business professionals, including CTOs,
CXOs, Founders, and Sales Heads. The role involves identifying client needs, creating qualified
prospects, setting up appointments, and coordinating product demonstrations. You will play a
key role in prospect generation, understanding industry use cases, and supporting the sales
team in a fast\-paced CPaaS \& SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Client Engagement: Approach decision\-makers (CTOs, CXOs, Founders, Sales Heads) to
understand their communication and business needs.
✅ Appointment Scheduling: Arrange virtual or on\-site meetings with potential clients.
✅ Demo Coordination: Forward qualified leads to the demonstration team for in\-depth
product presentations.
✅ Sales Quotations \& Proposals: Assist in preparing and sharing customized sales
quotations with guidance from the sales team.
✅ Prospect Creation: Focus on lead generation and qualification; hand over opportunities to
the sales team for closures.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client
communication.
✅ Industry \& Product Knowledge: Stay updated on CPaaS \& SaaS trends, use cases, and
industry\-specific applications.
✅ Solution Awareness: Have a basic understanding of SMS, Voice Calls, WhatsApp
Business API, RCS, and Cloud Telephony solutions, Conversational AI Agent, Workspace.
Key Skills \& Qualifications
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to approach and engage high\-level executives.
✔ Experience in sales, business development, or pre\-sales.
✔ Basic knowledge of CPaaS, SaaS, and cloud communication solutions.
✔ Proficiency in handling client queries and coordinating with sales teams.
✔ Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and a team player.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
