Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager will develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for leadership, mid-level, and critical hiring needs. Leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels, the role involves active candidate sourcing. Through comprehensive market mapping and talent research, the manager will pinpoint and engage top industry talent. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future requirements is essential. Collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand workforce specifications is key, along with screening and assessing candidate profiles against job criteria. The position manages passive candidate engagement and supports employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records, and sourcing reports, analyzing sourcing metrics to produce weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards, and mentoring junior sourcing specialists to enhance team capability.
