Spare Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of genuine spare parts.
• Monitor spare parts sales and achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with service and workshop teams to meet parts requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Analyze demand patterns and plan stock accordingly.
• Handle vendor and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Lead, train, and supervise the spares team.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and profitability.
