• *Job Summary**

The Spares Manager is responsible for managing the complete spare parts operations of the two wheeler dealership, including inventory control, spare parts sales, stock management, vendor coordination, billing, and ensuring spare availability for workshop and retail customers.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management**

• Maintain optimum stock levels of two wheeler spare parts.
• Monitor fast moving, slow moving, and non\-moving inventory.
• Ensure proper inward and outward stock process.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
• Minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.

• *Spare Parts Operations**

• Ensure timely availability of spare parts for workshop requirements.
• Handle retail counter sales and workshop spare issuance.
• Monitor spare parts ordering from OEM/company portal.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/DMS system.

• *Sales \& Customer Support**

• Achieve monthly spare parts sales targets.
• Support service advisors and technicians with parts availability.
• Handle customer queries related to spare parts.
• Ensure proper billing and documentation.

• *Team Management**

• Supervise spare parts executives, store keepers, and counter staff.
• Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Train staff on inventory handling and system usage.
• Maintain discipline and workflow efficiency.

• *Coordination \& Reporting**

• Coordinate with service department for demand planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Report stock status, pending orders, and ageing inventory to management.
• Coordinate with vendors and company representatives.

• *Qualification**

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Additional inventory or automobile\-related certification is an advantage

• *Experience**

• 3 to 8 years of experience in two wheeler spares operations
• Prior dealership experience preferred

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
