Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Assist in coordinating job offers and onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date recruitment data and generate relevant reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.**Qualifications**
