As an **Specialist at StayVista**, you will play a key role in driving talent acquisition and workforce planning aligned with the organization’s growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and on\-ground hiring requirements across locations. Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders, you will ensure timely closures, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. **About You*** Manage end\-to\-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and stakeholder management.
- Drive corporate, operational, bulk, and field hiring across multiple business functions and locations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for manpower planning and ensure closures within defined TATs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, candidate databases, and onboarding processes with strong data accuracy.
- Build candidate pipelines through job portals, references, and social hiring channels while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support operational, owner, and guest management activities as per business requirements.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in target\-driven and fast\-paced environments.
- Good analytical and data management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Open to on\-ground and operational hiring responsibilities across functions.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
