Sr. Accountant Executive

We have Sr. Accountant and Account Executive for our company **Prabhu Envirotec Pvt Ltd in Andheri :**

· Job Role

· Responsible for Banking Activities \& Bank reconciliation

· Preparation of Monthly/ Yearly closings

· Vendor payment etc.

· Assist with other Accounting Works / Assignments

· Responsible for project billing work

· Responsible for Maintaining Files and paper filing.

· Responsible for Statutory Compliances/Payments in Respect of Accounts Dept

· Checking of Attendance of all compliance site with salary sheet

· To monitor and release the Vendor payments as per due dates.

· Responsible for Banking Activities \& Bank reconciliation

· Well versed with Tally ERP, knowledge of TDS, GST

· Follow up and updation on outstanding

· Preparing, Maintaning record \& follow up of Bank Guarantee

· Maintaining records of advance payment given to contractors

· Checking of project sales Ledger with receipts entries

· To visit Bank and for O\&M Compliance Audit as and when required
