Job description

• *Sales Accounting:**Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, reconcile sales data, and ensure proper accounting entries in the system.

• *Expense Booking:**Record and verify all\-expense\-related entries, ensure proper documentation, and maintain expense ledgers.

• *TDS \& TDS Returns:**Deduct TDS as per applicable rules, maintain TDS records, and ensure timely filing of TDS returns in compliance with statutory regulations.

• *Coordination:**Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors, consultants) for smooth financial operations.

• *E\-Invoice Generation:**Generate and manage e\-invoices in compliance with GST regulations and ensure accuracy in invoicing.

• *Inventory Management:**Track and maintain inventory records, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure stock accuracy.
