This role serves as a key support between business stakeholders, traders, risk management teams, operations, and technology teams to ensure efficient delivery of RightAngle solutions that support front, middle, and back\-office business processes. The position provides technical expertise in RightAngle, participates in solution design, supports production operations, and ensures system stability, scalability, and compliance.

• *Job Responsibilities :** Key Responsibilities Overview \- Analyze business requirements and translate them into RightAngle functional and technical solutions \- Configure and enhance RightAngle modules to support trading, risk, scheduling, settlements, accounting, and reporting function \- Collaborate with developers to design, test, and deploy customized solutions \- Develop functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation Business Analysis \- Partner with Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Scheduling teams to identify business needs \- Facilitate workshops and requirements\-gathering sessions \- Recommend best practices and process improvements leveraging RightAngle capabilities \- Conduct impact analysis for system changes and new business initiatives

• *Other Requirement :** Production Support \- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for RightAngle applications. \- Troubleshoot application issues, data discrepancies, workflow failures, and integration problems. \- Perform root cause analysis and implement long\-term corrective actions. \- Support incident, problem, and change management processes. System Integration Support integrations between RightAngle and: \- SAP \- Market data provider (ZEMA) \- Risk and reporting platforms (Bespoke GARM / MDAS / Cube logic) \- Scheduling systems (core ETRM, waterborne Vesson etc) \- Datalake \- Regulatory reporting solutions (NASDAQ / Cube) Ensure data integrity across interconnected systems Technical Leadership \- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development Education \- Bachelor\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related field. Experience \- 5\+ years of experience supporting commodity trading and risk management applications \- 3\+ years of direct RightAngle experience \- Experience supporting front\-to\-back\-office business processes Technical Skills Working knowledge of: \- RightAngle architecture \- Trading Manager \- Operations Manager \- Settlement Manager \- Accounting modules Strong SQL query development and optimization skills.
