As organizations accelerate the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI, ensuring security, governance, and responsible AI practices has become mission\-critical. We are looking for a **Senior AI Security \& Governance Engineer** to help design, implement, and scale enterprise\-grade AI security controls and governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of experience in Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, Governance, AI Security, or related domains.
Hands\-on experience implementing guardrails for LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems.
Strong Python programming and automation skills.
Experience with Security \& Governance Platforms, Policy\-as\-Code Frameworks, Rule Engines, and Runtime Security Controls.
Strong understanding of Prompt Injection Attacks, Hallucination Mitigation, Data Leakage Prevention, AI Risk Management, and Enterprise Compliance \& Governance.
