*Job Title:** Business AnalystWe are looking for a Business Analyst with 3\+ years of experience to support requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation across multiple projects. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
*Key Responsibilities**
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare functional documents such as BRD, SRS, user stories, and process flows
Conduct requirement walkthroughs with development and QA teams
Support solution design discussions and clarify business rules
Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization
Support UAT execution, and requirement validation
Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
Manage change requests and perform impact analysis
Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
