We are looking for a highly driven **Sr. Business Development Executive** with proven experience in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end\-to\-end sales, from lead engagement to final conversion, for high\-value courses and programs.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Handle inbound \& outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
Conduct detailed counseling sessions with students/parents
Understand learner needs and pitch suitable programs
Manage the complete sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain follow\-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Mentor junior BDEs (if required) and support team targets
*Required Skills:**
Strong sales and negotiation skills (High\-ticket sales preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target\-driven environment
Hands\-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong objection handling and closing skills
*Qualifications:**
Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
Minimum 2\+ years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Counseling
Experience in selling online courses or training programs is preferred
