• *Job Brief:**

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in IT services to support business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Promote IT services (Web \& Mobile Application Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing)
• Lead generation via LinkedIn, Freelancing Platforms, cold outreach, and referrals
• Handle client communication and requirement discussions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships
• Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• *Requirements:**

• Degree in Computer Science / IT or MBA
• **2\+ years of proven experience** in IT business development or service\-based roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience handling International clients
• Target\-driven, confident, and adaptable
