We are looking for a dynamic, result\-oriented, and high\-energy **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our team in Greater Noida West. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales (residential and/or commercial) by identifying prospective buyers, managing leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the competitive and booming property market of Noida Extension.
Key Responsibilities1\. Lead Generation \& Nurturing
- Conduct cold calling and follow up on property leads generated through digital marketing, property portals (99acres, Magicbricks), and corporate references.
- Pitch premium residential projects (high\-rises, independent floors) or commercial properties (office spaces, retail shops) in the Greater Noida West area.
- Maintain an active, updated client database using CRM software.
2\. Client Consultation \& Site Visits
- Understand the specific budget, location preference, and configuration requirements (2 BHK, 3 BHK, commercial lockable/unlockable spaces) of property buyers.
- Coordinate and conduct physical **site visits** across various sectors in Greater Noida West (e.g., Gaur City area, Techzone 4, Sector 1, Sector 16B).
- Explain project layouts, master plans, construction updates, and sample flats to prospective buyers.
3\. Deal Closure \& B2C Sales
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers to convert site visits into successful bookings.
- Collaborate with senior team leaders or managers to structure complex financial deals for High\-Net\-Worth Individuals (HNIs) or investors.
- Coordinate with the CRM/documentation team to hand over the client for smooth application form processing and initial booking amount collection.
4\. Channel Partner (CP) \& Market Relations
- Network with local brokers and Channel Partners in the Noida/Greater Noida region to drive indirect sales traffic.
- Stay up\-to\-date with local market developments, upcoming infrastructure (like metro connectivity extensions), RERA regulations, and competitor pricing.
Candidate Requirements
- **Education:** Minimum 12 Pass; Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field) preferred.
- **Experience:** 0 to 3 in real estate sales, insurance, or direct B2C sales. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are highly welcome by many developers in this belt.
- **Locational Awareness:** Prior knowledge of Noida Extension layout, Gaur Chowk, and ongoing real estate projects is a massive advantage.
- **Mandatory Assets:** Must possess a smartphone and **own a two\-wheeler/four\-wheeler** for regular field travel and conducting customer site visits.
- **Skills:** Strong persuasion, presentation, negotiation, and conversational skills in Hindi and basic English.
Compensation \& Perks
- **Salary:** ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience level and if working directly for a builder vs. an underwriting brokerage).
- **Incentives:** High\-yielding, performance\-based commissions per booking , making it highly lucrative).

- **Working Schedule:** Usually a **6\-day work week** with a rostered weekly off on a weekday (Weekends are the busiest and most critical days for site visits).
