Metla Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a high\-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, expand our client portfolio, and strengthen our position as a trusted workforce solutions partner. The role requires a strong hunter mindset with proven experience in staffing sales, recruitment outsourcing, contract staffing, payroll services, executive search, and talent acquisition solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long\-term client partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and leading business expansion across diverse industries including IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, and Corporate Services.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth \& Client Acquisition
- Drive new business development through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Acquire new clients for Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, Bulk Hiring, Payroll Outsourcing, and HR Solutions.
- Generate and convert qualified leads into long\-term business partnerships.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Strategic Sales \& Consulting
- Understand client workforce challenges and provide customized staffing solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, capability meetings, and solution\-based sales discussions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, staffing agreements, and service contracts.
- Lead pricing negotiations and business closure activities.
Key Account Management
- Develop strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Business Stakeholders.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling workforce solutions.
Market Expansion
- Analyze market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
- Develop go\-to\-market strategies for new industry segments and regions.
- Represent Metla Services at industry events, networking forums, and business conferences.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Support recruitment teams in understanding client expectations and workforce needs.
- Monitor service quality and ensure successful delivery against SLAs.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Staffing Sales and Recruitment Business Development.
- Experience in Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, Payroll Outsourcing, or RPO Services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close enterprise\-level deals.
- Strong network within HR and Talent Acquisition communities.
- CRM management and sales forecasting expertise.
- Strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach.
