Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and write high\-quality, engaging, and original content for a variety of digital and marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, social media managers, and other cross\-functional teams to ensure content aligns with the brand identity, campaign objectives, and creative direction.
  • Plan, create, and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all channels.Review, edit, and proofread content to maintain accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate content performance by tracking relevant KPIs and using insights to optimize future content strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects and effective communication throughout the content development process.
  • Maintain alignment with project timelines, prioritize assigned tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate closely with the Content Team Lead and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and content formats that enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands, industries, platforms, and target audiences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing practices, and content best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, team discussions, and content planning meetings, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Support and encourage fellow team members by sharing knowledge, collaborating effectively, and contributing to the team's overall productivity and success.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong research, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to write for multiple formats, including social media, blogs, websites, ad copies, scripts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback constructively while maintaining high\-quality standards.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
