Sr. Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high\-quality video content that aligns with the creative brief, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of visual storytelling, shot composition, pacing, and frame selection to achieve the desired creative output.
• Maintain excellent communication and collaborate effectively with content creators, designers, cinematographers, and other cross\-functional teams throughout the production process.
• Apply advanced color correction and color grading techniques to ensure visual consistency and professional\-quality output.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam to facilitate effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting business and production requirements.
• Exhibit a keen eye for aesthetics, including composition, transitions, typography, motion, and overall visual presentation.
• Bring creativity and innovation to every project by contributing fresh ideas, editing styles, and storytelling approaches.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects while consistently meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Report project progress, challenges, and completion status to Team Leads and Managers, while maintaining the organization's reporting hierarchy.
• Review and refine edits based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring all revisions are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Organize and maintain project files, media assets, and editing workflows to support efficient collaboration and future accessibility.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques,

preferred skill

• Strong proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, sound design, and basic visual effects is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced agency environment while maintaining high\-quality standards.
