We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, websites, and blogs. You will work closely with marketing, content, and account management teams to develop high\-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Design high\-quality visual assets for social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, websites, landing pages, and blogs.
• Create compelling creatives for Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
• Develop graphics, banners, infographics, and promotional materials that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign objectives into impactful visual concepts.
• Edit and optimize graphics for various digital formats and platform requirements.
• Support website and landing page design projects with visually appealing creative assets.
• Perform image retouching, resizing, and optimization for web and social media use.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, creative best practices, AI\-powered design tools, and digital marketing requirements.
• Assist with basic motion graphics and video editing for social media and advertising campaigns.

### **Required Qualifications**

• **5\+ years** of professional graphic design experience (entry\-level to mid\-level candidates welcome).
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator**.
• Experience creating:

+ Social media creatives

+ Digital advertisements

+ Blog graphics

+ Marketing collateral

• Familiarity with Meta Ads creative specifications and platform\-specific design requirements.
• Strong visual communication and creative problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel\-perfect designs.
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

• Knowledge and hands\-on experience with AI\-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.).
• Basic motion graphics skills using tools such as Adobe After Effects.
• Basic video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and conversion\-focused creative design.
