We are seeking a results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in Meta and Google advertising, SEO, content strategy, lead generation, and website optimization. The role requires analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to manage digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- *Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing \& Paid Campaign Management**
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping)
- Develop and manage campaigns focused on:
- Lead Generation
- Brand Awareness
- Website Traffic
- Conversion Campaigns
- Lead Generation Forms
- Remarketing and Retargeting
- Set up campaign structures, audiences, creatives, and tracking mechanisms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
- *Budget Planning \& Marketing Strategy**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing budgets.
- Allocate and optimize advertising spend across channels.
- *Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages for improved Google rankings.
- Execute on\-page SEO activities including:
- Meta Titles
- Meta Descriptions
- Header Tags
- URL Optimization
- Internal Linking
- Image Optimization
- Schema Markup
- Plan and develop content strategies to support SEO and marketing objectives.
- Create and publish blog content targeting relevant keywords.
- *Website Management \& SEO Maintenance**
- Monitor CognoSpace website performance from an SEO perspective.
- Ensure website content is updated and optimized regularly.
- Identify and resolve SEO\-related issues affecting website performance.
- Coordinate with developers for implementation of recommendations.
- Conduct periodic website audits.
- Improve user experience and conversion pathways.
- *Amazon Seller Dashboard Management**
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Manage product listings and content updates.
- Monitor inventory status and listing health.
- Coordinate promotional activities and campaign requirements.
- Track product performance and marketplace insights.
- Assist in maintaining accurate product information.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- *Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Good Analytics
- Relevant experience in SEO strategies \& tools ( (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar)
- Adept at using MS Office tools
- Prior experience in Amazon Seller Central is preferred
- Knowledge in WordPress, HTML and Email Marketing campaign tools
