Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), and other online platforms.
• Generate and manage leads for real estate projects.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead conversion rates.
• Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track and nurture leads.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, and online presence.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market developments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Lead Generation.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
• Good understanding of CRM and lead management processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of Digital Marketing experience in the Real Estate sector.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Proven track record of generating quality real estate leads and managing successful digital campaigns.
