Key Responsibilities

• **Campaign Management:** Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• **SEO \& Content:** Oversee on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and manage the digital content calendar.
• **Social Media:** Manage and grow the company's social media presence with engaging and brand\-aligned content.
• **Analytics \& Reporting:** Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign ROI using Google Analytics; deliver weekly performance reports.
• **Lead Generation:** Design and optimize landing pages, A/B test ad copies, and improve overall conversion rates (CRO).

Requirements \& Qualifications

• **Experience:** 1–2 years of proven track record running successful digital marketing campaigns.
• **Tools:** Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs).
• **Skills:** Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
