Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support human resource functions within our automobile organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Staffing
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non\-technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
Employee Onboarding \& Induction
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Attendance \& Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
- Verify attendance data, overtime records, and statutory deductions.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
HR Administration
- Maintain HRMIS and employee databases.
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and recruitment.
- Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Compliance \& Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Training \& Development
- Coordinate training programs for shop floor and office employees.
- Maintain training records and track employee development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
Required Skills
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Payroll and attendance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Problem\-solving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in automobile manufacturing plants, dealerships, or automotive component industries.
- Familiarity with shift management and shop\-floor workforce handling.
- Exposure to contract labor management and industrial relations.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
