*Job Purpose:** Onsitego is looking for an HRBP to support the business with their manpower requirement, resolve employee issues and help improve productivity.
*Responsibilities:**
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Source and screen applicants through online channels, such as naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Support the business with adequate manpower.
Provide HR expertise to the assigned business in the areas of employee relations, feedback, coaching etc.
Ensure the new joiner is well equipped to perform by ensuring his/her pre\-post onboarding formalities, HR inductions and adherence to HR processes like assigning buddy, issuance of ID cards, IT assets, alignment to training team for product and process training etc
Regular HR connects with the employees to understand the employee issues and align with business to provide resolution.
Responsible for organizing fun activities for employees motivation and retention.
Taking care of exit formalities – asset handover, understanding the reasons for exit, intimation to relevant teams.
*Desired candidate profile:**
3\+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
Experience in full\-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Preferred from Service industry
Proficient with MS Office \- MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
