• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end Google Ads campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to improve **RoAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score**.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and implement bid strategies.
• Manage **Google Merchant Center** and product feeds.
• Monitor campaign performance using **Google Ads** and **Google Analytics**.
• Execute retargeting, audience segmentation, event tracking, and conversion tracking.
• Share optimization recommendations and ensure timely campaign execution.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate with hands\-on experience in Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center**.
• Experience managing **Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Demand Gen, and App Install** campaigns.
• Good understanding of campaign dashboards, optimization, retargeting, and event tracking.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Excellent Excel and communication skills.
• Experience in e\-commerce/performance marketing is an advantage.
