The Sr. HR Executive/Asst. Manager\-HR is responsible for assisting the HR team in overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the organization. You will be involved in recruiting and onboarding new employees, talent acquisition, managing employee relations, payroll, legal compliances, benefit administration, Performance management, Employee relations and Engagement, Organizational development, Designing, Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- To manage the talent acquisition, recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and up\-to\-date employee information.
- To develop and implement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- To handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- To manage the employee benefits, compensation and payroll.
- To develop and implement Training and Development across the organization.
- To develop and implement Performance Management System across the organization.
- Manage exit formalities including interviews \& F\&F settlements.
- To assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices to provide advice and support to management and employees.
- To complete any ad\-hoc duty assigned by the reporting authority/the management.
- *Required Qualifications:**
· Master's degree (MBA or PGDM) in Human Resources,
· Minimum 5 years of previous experience in core HR related role.
· Strong knowledge of Payroll, HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Positive attitude and a good work ethic
· Self\-motivated to meet deadlines
Pay: ₹35,632\.29 \- ₹55,338\.17 per month
