• *Job Description:**

We are hiring an experienced HR professional for a leading industrial/manufacturing organization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical, engineering, R\&D, sales and shop\-floor positions.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction and performance management systems (PMS).
• Manage statutory compliance, including Factory Act, Labour Laws, Contract Labour, PF and ESIC.
• Handle contractor management, attendance, biometric systems and time\-office operations.
• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
• Coordinate with the QHSE team for workplace safety and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Identify training needs and organize employee skill development programs.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of factory HR operations and industrial relations.
• Practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in hiring for engineering and manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of HRMS, payroll and biometric attendance systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict\-resolution skills.
• Gujarati communication skills and good corporate English.
