Sr. HR Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
• Manage end\-to\-end hiring including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary discussions, and closures.
• Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.

• *2\. Candidate Sourcing \& Selection**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary screening to assess suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.

• *3\. Onboarding \& Documentation**

• Handle offer letters, pre\-joining formalities, and background verification as required.
• Coordinate joining and induction processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• *4\. Database \& Reporting**

• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
• Track hiring status, selection ratios, and timelines for management review.

• *5\. Employer Branding \& Talent Pipeline**

• Support initiatives to enhance employer branding and company visibility in the job market.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Time management and ability to close positions within deadlines.
• Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience working in a fast\-paced or startup environment is an advantage.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience preferably related domains.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring workflows.
