We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Senior HR Executive** to manage and support key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our workforce and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes across departments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
Payroll \& Compensation Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Manage attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll, including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR\-related queries.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend improvement measures.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a healthy work culture.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure accurate attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Generate HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process and goal\-setting initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and development plans.
- Coordinate training and learning initiatives based on organizational needs.
Compliance \& Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship\-building abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
