- **Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding:** Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and new\-hire orientations.
- **Employee Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating workplace conflicts and addressing grievances.
- **Compliance \& Policy:** Ensure company policies adhere to local and federal labor laws, updating the employee handbook as regulations change.
- **Benefits \& Payroll:** Administer employee compensation, health benefits, and leave tracking, often coordinating with external payroll and insurance vendors.
- **Performance \& Development:** Assist in facilitating performance review cycles, identify training needs, and help structure employee development programs.
