• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in onboarding, employee induction, KRA management, performance reviews, HR operations, employee engagement, and maintaining HR compliance.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations**

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR\-related requirements.

• *Recruitment \& Onboarding**

• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Manage end\-to\-end onboarding processes for new hires.
• Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, and joining documents.
• Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation completion.

• *Employee Induction**

• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and processes.
• Coordinate departmental induction schedules.

• *KRA \& Performance Management**

• Assist in setting up and tracking Key Result Areas (KRAs).
• Monitor employee performance review cycles.
• Coordinate probation assessments and confirmation processes.
• Maintain performance evaluation records and reports.

• *Employee Relations \& Engagement**

• Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.

• *HR Documentation \& Compliance**

• Maintain employee files and statutory records.
• Ensure timely completion of HR documentation.
• Generate HR reports and MIS as required.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in onboarding and induction processes.
• Knowledge of KRA setting and performance management systems.
• Employee engagement and employee relations skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

• *Experience**

• 3–7 years of experience in HR Operations and Generalist functions.
• Experience in onboarding, induction, KRA management, performance reviews, and employee engagement is mandatory.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Strong operational HR background.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Experience in manufacturing, interior design, retail, or project\-based industries will be an added advantage.
