• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the complete HR \& IR function across the organization
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management
• Handle Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union\-related matters
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA, and other statutory regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare initiatives
• Oversee payroll, attendance, employee records, and HR operations
• Manage performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies
• Conduct HR audits and ensure statutory compliance across all locations
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements and improve productivity
• Lead training and development initiatives for employee growth
• Prepare and present HR MIS reports to management
• Build a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations

• *Key Skills Required:**

• Strong knowledge of **HR Operations \& Industrial Relations (IR)**
• Expertise in **Labour Laws, Factory Compliance \& Statutory Requirements**
• Experience in handling large workforce in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• HRMS, ERP, and MS Excel proficiency
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively

• *Qualification:**

• MBA (HR) / MSW / MLW or equivalent

• *Preferred Candidate:**

• Must have **10\+ years of HR experience**
• Must have **Textile/Apparel Industry experience**
• Strong exposure to **HR \& IR functions**

• *Location:** Narol, Ahmedabad (Komal Texfab Pvt. Ltd.)

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
