We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end talent acquisition activities
Lead recruitment operations across multiple branches
Develop hiring strategies for various departments
Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure timely closure of positions
Monitor recruitment performance and reporting
Requirements
Minimum 15–20 years of HR experience
Strong experience mainly in Talent Acquisition
Experience in handling bulk and leadership hiring
Willingness to travel across branches when required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage recruitment teams effectively
