Sr. HR Manager

The Senior HR Manager will play a strategic and operational role in managing human resources, talent development, student engagement, and administrative functions. The position requires close collaboration with the General Manager and leadership team to support organizational growth and ensure successful career outcomes for students and employees.

• *Experience Required:**

• Minimum **5 years of experience** in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in **IT, ITES, Digital Construction, BIM, Engineering, Training, or Technology\-oriented organizations** will be preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and operations management is desirable.**Key Responsibilities**

• *Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment**

• Lead internal recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with placement partners and industry clients to identify manpower requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for various business functions.

• *Student Development \& Placement Support**

• Manage student engagement activities across training programs.
• Mentor and guide students to enhance employability and professional readiness.
• Coordinate with corporate companies and placement partners to facilitate career opportunities.
• Support the organization's objective of achieving **100% placement assistance and career success for candidates**.

• *Employee Management \& HR Operations**

• Manage employee onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Implement HR policies and best practices.
• Drive employee welfare, motivation, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Handle grievance management and employee relations.

• *Administration \& Training Operations**

• Work closely with the General Manager in the day\-to\-day administration and operations of the training divisions.
• Ensure smooth coordination among departments and stakeholders.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute to organizational growth and strategic planning activities.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
