Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR/IR to lead HR operations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations, employee engagement, and retention.
• Handle Industrial Relations (IR), labour management, and employee grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory\-related legal requirements.
• Manage compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
• Handle contract labour management, workforce planning, and liaison with labour authorities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• Handle disciplinary actions, legal matters, audits, and statutory documentation.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
• 12–15 years of experience in HR/IR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong legal and compliance expertise with the ability to handle sensitive IR matters independently.
