We’re looking for **closers**, not coordinators, professionals who understand the U.S. staffing landscape, have handled direct clients or prime vendors, and can bring in business from day one.
- **Close new clients every month.** Not nurture. Not chase. Close.
- Own the **entire sales process** — outreach → pitch → negotiation → MSA → kickoff.
- Sell **contingency \& retained models** effectively to startups and tech clients in the U.S.
- Leverage your network of **direct clients, founders, and hiring managers.**
- **Craft proposals, rate cards, and partnership decks to match each client’s hiring pain.**
- **Partner with recruiters to ensure delivery and maintain client retention post\-closure.**
- **Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets** consistently.
- *What You’ll Need to Bring**
- **5–10 years in U.S. staffing / recruitment sales.**
- **Proven track record of closing new business** with direct clients (not just vendors).
- Deep understanding of **fee negotiation (20–30%), delivery cycles, and placement economics.**
- **Confidence selling to C\-suite (CTOs, VPs, Talent Heads)** and handling objections.
- Knowledge of **W2 / C2C / C2H / Direct\-hire** structures.
- Hands\-on with **Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho).**
