Sr Manager- ESG Finance

Overview

Provide support in financial planning \& program management activities for the S\&T GFTP Sustainability, EHS \& AGRO team. Role will monitor actuals each month and reconcile variances vs. forecast/plan as needed. In addition, the candidate will consolidate financial X charges, budget reports, AOP and forecasts, liaising with key stakeholders and vendors for timely submission of invoices or any other AP\-related queries. The role will collaborate closely with S\&T sustainability functions like IT support. The role will also support S\&T Sustainability \& AGRO and PMO’s in tracking the progress of deliverables, liasing with Project Managers for timely updates on Budget spending, and other activities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage P\&L knowledge to drive decisions
• Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and performing ad hoc analyses that lead to problem\-solving and business improving recommendations
• Manage the monthly forecast and AOP processes for GFTP transformation sustainability, EHS \& AGRO initiatives
• Lead strategic plan, AOP, consolidate financials, cross charges, and reporting and forecasts
• Monitor actuals each month and reconcile variances vs. forecast/plan and review key variances with leadership as needed
• Support Finance and multifunctional teams on ad hoc projects
• Work closely with S\&T Sustainability \& AGRO and PMOs in tracking the progress of deliverables, liaising with project managers for timely update of spending and other activities
• Liaising with vendors for timely submission of invoices or any other PO and payment/AP\-related queries

Qualifications

• Work experience\- 9 to 11years
• Experience managing a P\&L
• P\&L analysis and budget management experience required
• Prior forecasting experience required
• Experience of monitoring costs within the project
• Ability to collaborate across functions and sectors
• Superior communication and organization skills
• Ability to adapt quickly when facing obstacles
• Passion for/interest in sustainability
