Role Overview

As a Senior Outbound Meeting Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by filling the founders’ calendars with qualified meetings. Your focus will be on engaging senior decision\-makers in the AI and SaaS sectors, utilizing proactive outbound strategies to foster valuable connections.

Who You Are (Must\-Haves)

• **Proven Closer:** Track record of booking meetings with senior leaders in the US/UK/EU markets, especially in SaaS, AI, or data sectors.
• **Outbound Strategy Expert:** Deep understanding of list\-building, copywriting, sequencing, and follow\-up.
• **Tool Proficiency:** Comfortable with Apollo, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, and LinkedIn for building and optimizing outreach sequences.
• **High Agency:** Ability to design and execute experiments independently without needing scripts.
• **Technical Comfort:** Understand and articulate AI use cases at a business level.
• **Strong Communication:** Excellent written English, concise and tailored for US audiences.

• Not a lead generation or marketing automation role.
• Not a customer support or account management position.
• Not a junior role aimed at learning sales.

Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities

• Identify and segment prospects using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Craft engaging outreach messages that reflect a sharp operator’s tone.
• Build account\-specific campaigns based on relevant market signals.
• Handle objections and light qualification via email/DM before handoff to founders.
• Collaborate with the team to align messaging with successful areas.

Success Metrics

In 90 days, you should

• Establish a routine generating a steady stream of qualified meetings.
• Provide examples of sequences achieving over 10\-15% reply rates.
• Clearly explain effective strategies backed by data.

Qualifications

• **Experience:** 3\+ years in outbound sales or business development, preferably in AI or SaaS.
• **Track Record:** Success in booking meetings with senior executives.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• **Market Familiarity:** Understanding of US business culture and experience with early\-stage startups is a plus.
