Lead complex, large\-scale programs, managing multiple interdependent projects, integrated plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies. Drive Agile/SAFe program execution while partnering with Product Management and Engineering to align strategy, engineering models, and delivery. Monitor key delivery metrics and provide leadership with clear program status, risks, issues, recommendations, and resolution options. Coach cross\-functional teams to enable predictable delivery and continuous improvement

• *The Main Responsibilities**
• ----------------------------

• Understand, evaluate and balance Lumen's ability to deliver new processes, systems and technologies within the Quantum Fiber program taking into account budgetary and scheduling guidelines

• Support development of engineering build/model

• Effectively communicate program status, risks and issues to leadership, and present options and recommendations for resolution

• Manage one or more complex programs that encompass multiple projects with separate yet interdependent deliverables, timelines and objectives

• Manage large\-scale, integrated program plans and provide status and issues to executives and upper management
• *What We Look For in a Candidate**
• ----------------------------------

• Strong knowledge on Project and Program management concepts
• Experience working in Agile methodology. Should have experience in working as Release train engineer or program manager
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Hands on experience on Planning, monitoring and control, risk and dependency management
• Experience in working with Product management to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Proficient in metrics like cycle time, lead time, quality, productivity etc
• Ability to coach and mentor teams
