We are looking for a highly skilled and **experienced Python\-Flask Developer with strong coding expertise and excellent problem\-solving abilities to work on a Government Project.**

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications, writing clean and efficient code, identifying errors, debugging complex issues, and implementing effective solutions independently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Python and Flask.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well\-structured code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix coding errors and technical issues independently.
• Debug complex problems and provide effective solutions.
• Review existing code, identify bugs, and improve application performance.
• Work with databases and handle SQL queries.
• Take ownership of assigned development tasks and deliver them within deadlines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 4–6 years of hands\-on experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Python and Flask is a must.
• Excellent coding skills with a strong understanding of programming concepts.
• Must be very good at debugging, troubleshooting, and error identification.
• Ability to understand existing code and quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Ability to work independently and handle challenging technical tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

We are specifically looking for a developer who is strong in practical coding, not just theoretical knowledge. The candidate must be confident in writing code from scratch, understanding complex code structures, finding errors, debugging issues, and providing solutions without constant supervision.
