• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to take complete ownership of the Talent Acquisition function at Smart Node. The role will lead and manage the recruitment team, drive end\-to\-end hiring across business functions, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely, quality hiring aligned with business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring hiring targets are achieved.

· Own end\-to\-end Talent Acquisition, from manpower planning to candidate onboarding.

· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.

· Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

· Manage hiring across departments, ensuring quality and timely closures.

· Track recruitment KPIs, recruiter productivity, and hiring effectiveness.

· Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and talent pipelines.

· Oversee candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.

· Enhance candidate experience and employer branding.

· Improve recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding handovers.

• *Skills \& Competencies:**

· Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing strategies.

· Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating recruiters and managing multiple open positions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder\-management, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong planning, prioritisation, follow\-up, and problem\-solving abilities.

· Data\-driven approach with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics and MIS.

· Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-oriented, and growing organisation.

· Proactive, accountable, organised, and focused on quality hiring and timely closures.

• *Required Qualifications:**

· Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

· Experience: 2\+ years of relevant recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience. Prior experience managing or guiding a recruitment team is a plus.

· Ability to take independent ownership of Talent Acquisition and deliver hiring outcomes.

· Comfortable working closely with leadership and department heads.

· Strong candidate assessment, relationship\-building, and decision\-making skills.
