✔ Lead and manage the end\-to\-end sales process for residential/commercial real estate projects.
✔ Generate leads through channel partners, references, direct sales, and networking.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
✔ Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversions and business growth.
✔ Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow\-ups.
✔ Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Strong experience in **real estate sales**.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
