Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and client interaction to product showcasing, negotiations, and final deal closure.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory through strategic outreach, referrals, and professional networking.
- Deliver customized product presentations and demonstrations aligned with client needs and expectations.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets, including achieving a minimum of two successful closures per month.
- Build and sustain strong, long\-term client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and smooth handover to the implementation team.
- Monitor market trends and assess customer requirements within the region to identify potential growth opportunities.
- *Skills \& Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by effective presentation abilities.
- Proven expertise in negotiation and closing sales successfully.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently while taking full ownership of assigned targets.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on follow\-ups and efficient time management.
- Performance\-driven mindset with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
- Previous experience in B2B, IT, or SaaS sales will be considered an advantage.
Pay: ₹100,000\.00 per month
