• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide **end\-to\-end functional support** for Primarily SAP PP and Secondary QM ensuring system reliability and adherence to business SLAs.
• Manage **incidents, service requests, change requests, and enhancements** through structured processes.
• Lead and participate in **SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects** , including S/4HANA transformations.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed **business requirements** ; develop **functional specifications** and design documentation.
• Perform **system configuration and customization** to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with **ABAP development teams** for custom solutions, interfaces, and reports.
• Collaborate cross\-functionally with **MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules** to ensure robust end\-to\-end business process integration.
• Execute **unit testing, integration testing,** and support **user acceptance testing (UAT)** phases.
• Develop and maintain **comprehensive business process documentation, test scripts, and end\-user training materials.**
• Provide **knowledge transfer and training** to power users and business stakeholders.
• Support **continuous improvement** initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
• Participate in **go\-live and post\-go\-live support** to ensure a smooth transition and system stabilization.

• *Required Skills and Experience**

• Minimum **10 years of hands\-on SAP functional experience** in Primary **PP, Secondary QM** modules.
• Proven ability to configure and maintain key master data objects such as **Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Storage Types/Bins, Inspection Plans, and MICs.**
• Strong understanding of **end\-to\-end supply chain and manufacturing processes** , including shop floor execution, inventory management, quality inspection, and logistics execution.
• Deep knowledge of **integration touchpoints** across **MM, SD, and FI/CO** modules.
• Experience in **EDI/IDoc processing** , data interfaces, and system integration.
• Solid background in both **SAP ECC** and **SAP S/4HANA environments.**
• Familiarity with **SAP Solution Manager,** **ChaRM** **, and Jira** for change management and project tracking.
• Excellent **analytical, problem\-solving, and communication** skills.
• Demonstrated ability to **work independently** and **collaboratively** with global teams across multiple time zones.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science** **, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.**
• Experience in **global template deployments** and **multi\-country rollouts.**
• Exposure to **SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics,** and **S/4HANA migration tools.**
• Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and experience working within hybrid project delivery models.
• Strong documentation skills and commitment to maintaining **system integrity and audit compliance.**
• Prior experience in **manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods industries** is a plus.
